How many days will I receive my order？

We usually ship within 1-2 days after you place your order.
Orders can be delivered to your shipping address within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Delivery is made by Japan Post EMS or DHL.
We will also provide you with a tracking number for your package as soon as your order has been shipped.

What payment methods can I choose？

We accept "shopify payments" (VISA, Master, AMEX, Shop pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Paypal for online credit card payments.
Money orders and bank transfers are not accepted.

We do not have overseas distributors.
Taruya products are not officially sold in countries other than Japan.
This online store is the only place where customers outside of Japan can purchase Taruya products.

Please tell me about your return policy.

We only accept returns on unopened and unused items.
Please contact us within one week of receiving the item using the contact form in this online store.
When returning an item, please pay the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and refund only the cost of the product.
Taxes and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Because styluses and cartridges are consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Can I buy Taruya products in my country？

We are sorry. We do not sell our products in real stores outside of Japan.
Customers outside of Japan can only purchase our products through this online shopping site.
